Shipping Information & Handling
We use DPD or An Post for all Domestic Irish deliveries and FedEx for International deliveries. Both DPD and FedEc usually do not operate on Saturdays, Sundays, National or Local Holidays.
We deliver to the following countries only:
Austria
Belgium
France
Germany
Italy
Luxembourg
Netherlands
Republic of Ireland
Spain

Shipping Schedule
We ship FRESH ONLY on Tuesdays. Place your order on or before Sunday to receive it the following week if being delivered to an Irish address.
Tracking a Shipment
You will receive a tracking number for your shipment via the email you have supplied during your purchase. This email will not be sent until your shipment has entered into the fulfilment process. You will be able to track your shipment via the tracking number given in your shipping confirmation email.
You MUST provide us with a valid telephone number & Postcode/Zip Code/Eircode for the delivery address. Failure to do so will may result in your order not being processed and may not be delivered on time. For any special delivery instructions please use the area provided in the checkout.
A signature may be required as a proof of delivery.
Local Customs
Shipments may be subject to local custom inspections, which may incur charges and delays. These are outside of our control.
Local taxes and duties must be paid by the recipient. Kinvara Smoked Salmon cannot be held responsible for any delays in overseas deliveries due to collection of these duties and taxes or delays due to customs inspections.
Shipping Price Increases
Please Note: Whilst we try and keep our shipping costs constant and absorb any increase couriers levy on us, we reserve the right to amend our Shipping rates at any time. If there are any changes to Shipping Rates, they will always appear here first. Please see the table below for our current Shipping Costs.
Import Duties/Tariffs
Some countries charge a duty or tax on packages over a certain value. If your Kinvara Smoked Salmon order exceeds the maximum amount, you may be asked to pay a duty fee to receive your order. Please check your country's tax specifications prior to placing your order, as Kinvara Smoked Salmon cannot be held responsible for any tax payments.
Delivery Schedule
We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to local holidays at the destination. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the scheduled delivery date does not fall on a holiday and that the delivery is not delayed by a holiday during the delivery period. Correct address and contact phone details must be supplied. The courier company is not obliged to make extensive inquiries to arrange delivery.
Delays In Delivery
Delays in transit are the sole responsibility of the courier company, unless the delay is caused by the customer by providing incomplete or incorrect address details or the recipient of the shipment not being present at the address supplied. Kinvara Smoked Salmon does not accept responsibility for such delays and will not give refunds or replacement orders. Kinvara Smoked Salmon is not responsible to any delay due to Adverse Weather Conditions, either at the point of Shipping, along the Transit Route or at the Delivery Address.
During the Christmas period, standard delivery times may be affected due to the large volume increase of shipments and we cannot guarantee a delivery on the exact date requested.
There is NO minimum Weight or Quantity required to ship any of our Products.
Shipping Costs are calculated at Checkout but can also be viewed below. Simply enter your shipping address at checkout and your option(s) will be displayed.
To ensure guaranteed delivery for Christmas, our LAST day for shipping this Christmas Season is: Tuesday December 13th, 2023. We may ship after this date but cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas.
